According to Ambassador Ma. Theresa P. She said, “It is the Embassy’s mission to reach out to the Filipinos working or staying in France, to make them aware of beneficial government services and offer them opportunities that will help them to have better lives.”
Pista sa Paris is a major annual event organized by the umbrella organization of the Filipino community, the Comité Général des Associations Philippine en France (CGAPF), in coordination with the Philippine Embassy in Paris, and participated in by Filipino organizations in France. A lively parade starting from Trocadero, through the main streets of Paris started the event. There are a lot of other activities such as the entertainment from local talents and a wide array of Filipino food from the different regions as well as street food, which make the Pista sa Paris a grand celebration.
