CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCY FOR TAX EXEMPTION PURPOSES
Under Section 2 of Proclamation Decree No. 1183, as amended, certain Filipino nationals are exempted from payment of travel tax.
For Filipino permanent residents abroad whose stay in the Philippines is less than one (1) year, the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) requires the presentation of a Certificate of Residency issued by the Philippine Embassy.
To avail of the Certificate, kindly submit the following documents:
1. Certificate of Residency form (original and 1 photocopy)
2. 2 photocopies of Philippine passport
3. 2 photocopies of Titre de Séjour
4. For accompanying minors :
a. 2 photocopies of Report of Birth (if born abroad) or Birth Certificate (if born in the Philippines)
b. 2 photocopies of Philippine passport
c. 2 photocopies of Titre de Séjour
Please note that the Certificate of Residency issued by the Embassy is free of charge. Fees collected by TIEZA may be viewed at http://tieza.gov.ph/travel-tax/.

All Filipinos who are bonafide residents of France and Monaco are advised to immediately register with the Philippine Embassy in Paris soon after their arrival in France or Monaco.
