30 July 2019, Paris – Seven (7) children completed the 5-learning sessions of “Paaralan sa Embahada” organized by the Philippine Embassy in France and the Hiligaynon Association in France. The graduation ceremony was held last 27 July 2019 at the newly-renovated Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy. The graduates, aged from 6 to 11 years old, consistently attended the learning sessions every Saturday morning.
“For this batch, the learning sessions catered to younger children so they could learn more about the Philippines at an earlier age. We look forward to the conduct of the next batch with an improved syllabus to encourage more Filipino children to participate in this project,” Ambassador Lazaro said during the awarding of the certificates to the boys and girls.
