Client Feedback Program


In order to provide the public with better service, the Philippine Embassy in Paris informs everyone that it is implementing the Client Feedback Program. The objectives of this program are:

  • to ensure that we promote good governance;
  • to identify areas for improvement in the service rendered by us as well as provide assessment;
  • to evaluation procedures of public service rendered; and,
  • to provide our clients the means for ventilating feedback on the performance of the Embassy’s personnel especially the frontline services.
