All Filipinos who are bonafide residents of France and Monaco are advised to immediately register with the Philippine Embassy in Paris soon after their arrival in France or Monaco.
As a Filipino citizen living in France and Monaco, you can register through the Embassy to receive a White Card.

Embassy Registration Form
Valid original passport with photocopy of data page (including visa)
Two (2) recent ID size photos
Proof of residence/billing in France OR Monaco
NOTE: If you are sharing an address, submit an Attestation of Hebergement / Certification from the house owner written in English or Filipino (not French) and a valid ID of the house owner.
1. Click, download and fill out the Embassy Registration Form (see below).
2. Fill out the form completely, attach one photo and clip a second photo for the ID;

4. Wait for 5 working days for the email reply from the Embassy regarding your application. Only follow up after 5 working days.
