CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCY FOR TRAVEL TAX EXEMPTION PURPOSES
Under Section 2 of Proclamation Decree No. 1183, as amended, certain Filipino nationals are exempted from payment of travel tax.
For Filipino permanent residents abroad whose stay in the Philippines is less than one (1) year, the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) requires the presentation of a Certificate of Residency issued by the Philippine Embassy.
**If you are a Salarie visa / residence permit holder, you need to get an OEC which automatically exempts you from payment of Travel Tax. You do NOT need to get a Certificate of Residency anymore. **If you are a Carte de Resident residence permit holder, you do NOT need to get a Certificate of Residence anymore. You may apply directly online through TIEZA and present your original residence permit to TIEZA:

For Vie Privee residence permit holders and have resided uninterruptedly in France for a period of 5 years without being absent therefrom for more than 6 months in any one year, to avail of the Travel Tax Exemption Certificate, kindly follow this procedure:
1. Download the Service Request (SRF) Form. Write your name and contact details. Put a check on the tick box for CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCY (for Tax Exemption Purposes) to indicate the type of service applied.
2. Download and completely fill out the Certificate of Residency form below:

REQUIREMENTS:
-Original Service Request Form
-Original and 1 photocopy of Certificate of Residence form
-Original and 2 photocopies of the data and signature pages of the valid passport
-original and 2 photocopies of Titre de Sejour (back and front)
-immigration stamps from 2018 - 2022
If with minor:
-two photocopies of Report of Birth or Birth Certificate
-Original and 2 photocopies of the data and signature pages of the valid passport
- Original and 2 photocopies of Titre de Circulation or Titre d’Identité Républicain (back and front)
4. Wait for the email reply from the Embassy within 5 working days regarding your application.

NOTARIAL OF DOCUMENTS

Personal appearance of the signatory(ies) at the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy.
If personal appearance at the Philippine Embassy is not possible, the applicant is required to appear personally at the nearest Philippine Consulate.
Requirements:
1. Consular certification by the Honorary Consul;
2. Original document to be notarized and two copies;
3. Signature of two (2) disinterested witnesses of legal age;
4. Three (3) photocopies of the data page(s) with signature(s) of the valid Philippine passport(s);
5. Payment of 22.50 Euros per document in cash or chèque de banque payable to the order of “Ambassade des Philippines”, and
6. Self-addressed prepaid envelope for the mailing within France or Monaco
NOTARIAL OF AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION BY SUBSQUENT MARRIAGE
Personal appearance of the signatories at the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy.
If personal appearance at the Philippine Embassy is not possible, the applicants should personally appear at the nearest Philippine Consulate.
Requirements:
1. Original document to be notarized and two copies
2. Three (3) copies of the data pages with signature of the valid Philippine passport(s)
3. Original Marriage Contract from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) duly authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) OR, if married in France or Monaco, original copy of the Report of Marriage, and two copies
4. Signature of two (2) disinterested witnesses of legal age
5. Payment of 22.50 Euros per document in cash or chèque de banque payable to the order of “Ambassade des Philippines”, and
6. Original Report of Birth from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) duly authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) OR original copy of the Report of Birth and one photocopy if the child born in France or Monaco
AUTHENTICATION OF FRENCH OR MONEGASQUE GOVERNMENT ISSUED DOCUMENT/S
Authentication of French or Monegasque government issued document/s to be presented before Philippine authorities:

• Original document and one (1) photocopy;
• Photocopy of his/her valid passport (data page only) or valid identification card;
• Payment of 22.50 Euros per document in cash or chèque de banque payable to the order of “Ambassade des Philippines”, and
• Self-addressed prepaid envelope for the mailing within France or Monaco
AUTHENTICATION OF PHILIPPINE DOCUMENTS
Authentication of documents issued by Philippine authorities to be presented before the French or Monegasque authorities:
Requirements:
• Original document authenticated by Department of Foreign Affairs and one (1) photocopy;
• Payment of 22.50 Euros per document in cash or chèque de banque payable to the order of “Ambassade des Philippines”, and
• Self-addressed prepaid envelope for the mailing within France or Monaco
All Filipinos who are bonafide residents of France and Monaco are advised to immediately register with the Philippine Embassy in Paris soon after their arrival in France or Monaco.
As a Filipino citizen living in France and Monaco, you can register through the Embassy to receive a White Card.

NOTE: If you are sharing an address, submit an Attestation of Hebergement / Certification from the house owner written in English or Filipino (not French) and a valid ID of the house owner.
